Rancho's ASB and PTA are excited to stand together against drugs during Red Ribbon Week!
October 22 & 23: Students on campus will receive a Red Ribbon Wrist Band to show their personal commitment to a drug-free lifestyle. Several businesses are offering free and discounted items to students wearing these bands. Check out the list here: https://duila.org/red-ribbon-week-2020/. Students in IVA are welcome to pick-up a band in the front office!
October 27 & 28: We encourage everyone to wear red! Students on campus will receive a treat at lunch! IVA students can show their commitment by posting pics to our Instagram account, @the_real_rancho!
October 29 & 30: Say BOO to drugs! Students may wear Halloween costumes to school. Please be sure they meet our dress code guidelines. Props that are weapons are not allowed and only masks for safety may be worn. ASB is sponsoring a costume contest each day during lunch. Participants will be photographed and judged at the end of the school day on Friday. Irvine's Youth Action Team will also be on hand collecting Pledge Cards during lunch. Participating students will earn treats, not tricks! IVA students may submit their entries to us at RanchoASBEntries@gmail.com. The deadline for IVA Costume Contest entries is Friday, October 30th at 1:00 PM. We will be posting our participants on Instagram for everyone to enjoy!
