School phones are used by teachers and staff members for school business. Cell phones may be brought to school but are required to be powered off and stored in a secure location during the school day unless the student has been given permission to use it as a tool within the academic setting under adult supervision. The same rule applies to other electronic devices, such as iPods. Rancho is not responsible for lost, stolen, or broken items.
Items not permitted by the teacher will be confiscated and will be held in the Front Office. If it happens more than once, each time the child’s parent will need to pick the item up from the Front Office. Three and more offenses results in detention, Saturday School, and/or suspension.
