UHS 8th Grade Family Night

We are so excited to meet you and the entire class of 2024!

Unfortunately, we can’t do that in person…. yet.

On Wednesday evening, April 15, we will have our annual family night for incoming freshmen and their families. Normally, family night is an energizing, fun, and inspirational time for incoming freshmen and their parents to get to know a little bit more about University High School. We know you have questions about classes to take, activities on campus, clubs to join, sports , drama, music… the list goes on. Although we cannot duplicate everything an on-campus and in-person family night has to offer, we can offer you the virtual excitement and activity of all the things that make UHS a special place.

So, starting at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, April 15, you can log onto the school website. There, we will have a family night homepage with links to all of the elements you would normally see at a Family Night.

University is a special place where young people can grow, find and pursue their passions, and have new experiences. We encourage you to make time to log on together and explore all that University High School has to offer.

Our website is https://universityhigh.iusd.org/. However, we will be sending a link directly to the Family Night homepage by Wednesday morning, April 15. The page will remain on the UHS website through June, so if you can’t participate on April 15, you will be able to access the information after the fact. However, some information is time sensitive (i.e. registration for classes) and should be viewed around April 15. We really hope to “see” you there.
